The PACE USERS Group is an independent group of organizations using KOMAND. The purpose of PUG is to contribute to the on-going development of KOMAND products and PACE support strategies. A second purpose of PUG is to share ideas, experience, and knowledge of the product. PUG requests have led to many improvements over the years. Examples include the BBS, documentation changes, Early Warning System, and many design improvements to the product.

Some of the events that occur at the annual PUG conference include:

• Speakers and discussion on topics of interest to the Komand users.
• A "closed door" session for customers is held during the general meeting. The session's result is a list of PUG requirements that are presented to the President of Pace Applied Technologies, Inc for consideration and response.
• One on one consulting with the customer support staff of Pace.
